In this blog, you will learn how to soar high and accept what exists with EFT tapping technique.
We all prison ourselves in multiple layers of walls that we build around us.
These are walls meant to hide our flaws and vulnerabilities. And in some bizarre way, they make us feel safe in the world.
What we do not realise however, is that while attempting to hide them from the world, we ourselves stop acknowledging or rather ‘accepting’ our own flaws and vulnerabilities.
We live in denial of them, causing a lot of emotional turbulence, as we are practically refusing to accept a part of ourselves.
A chained soul is never truly happy.
Every once in a while, we need to be able to take down all those walls, and bare our souls, bare our imperfect selves, and bring about acceptance of our own identities.
All of that can feel like too much, and it is perfectly okay to require help with it.
EFT Tapping can come to the rescue as it helps you with digging deeper into the layers and accepting what exists with love.

HOW TO SOAR WITH EFT TAPPING
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT): The sample procedure for soaring with EFT Tapping is as follows:
Step 1
Take A Quick Temperature Check
Identify and explore what you are feeling right now, by asking the following questions:
- What or who it is that makes you feel this way?
- What triggers it?
- What has to happen for you to feel better?
Step 2
Identify The Physical Sensations
Identify physical sensations that are associated with how you are feeling. You can explore by asking questions such as:
- How are you feeling?
- Where in the body are you experiencing this feeling?
- What is the colour, texture, size, and shape of it?
Measure the level of your feelings by asking: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what number is the(your identified emotions) on, where 10 is high and 1 is not high at all."
Step 3
Start Tapping On The Side Of Your Hand (Karate Chop)
Tap on The Karate Chop using the setup statement, for example:
“Even though I am unable to express myself and I can feel it in my stomach, it’s at a number 8, blue in colour, and it makes me feel suffocated, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.” (Repeat 3 times)
(Repeat 3 times)
Step 4
Then Tap On The Facial And Upper Body EFT Tapping Points By Saying
Use the identified phrases to tap on the facial, upper body, and finger EFT Tapping Points:
- Eyebrow: I am unable to …..
- Temple: I feel it in my …..
- Under the eye: It’s at a number …..
- Under nose: It makes me feel …..
- Chin: It’s in my ….. at a number …..
- Collarbone: It makes me feel …..
- Under the arm: So …..
- Thumb: So …..
- Index Finger: Suffocated because …..
- Middle Finger: I feel it in my …..
- Little finger: So …..
Step 5
Complete The Sequence By Tapping On The Side Of Your Hand Again
Close the sequence by coming back to the EFT Karate Chop Tapping Points and repeating the setup statement once:
“Even though I am unable to express myself and I can feel it in my stomach, it’s at a number 8, blue in colour, and it makes me feel suffocated, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.”
Step 6
breathe and relax
Take a gentle breath in and out, and have a sip of water.
Step 7
Test Yourself
Test the intensity of your claustrophobia. Ask yourself the following questions:
- What number are you feelings on now?
- What changed after you did the tapping?
- How does it make you feel now?
If you are at a level where you’re happy, you can stop and close with positive tapping. If you feel it's the same or worse than before, explore and clear the memories.
Note: You can also tap on memories, and associated emotions that come up.
Step 8
Positive Tapping For Emotions
Identify positive tapping sequences to close the EFT Tapping for soaring:
You can close with the following sequence,
- “Even though I have this claustrophobia when I'm in confined spaces, that was then and this is now, I am open to the possibility of feeling relaxed now.”
Repeat as often as needed and you can stop when you feel relaxed.
You can also use the Jin Shin Jyutsu finger hold process to heal yourself.
