How to let go of anger at another person with EFT Tapping

EFT Tapping

Let go of anger with EFT Tapping

“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.”  -Mark Twain

We are human beings who live in a world full of challenges. These challenges lead to difficult life situations, due to which one gets angry. Anger is the basic human emotion that is experienced by all people. It is experienced as an unpleasant feeling. EFT Tapping Therapy can help you to overcome this unpleasant experience.

Like any other feeling, anger is also natural. Different people feel and show anger in different ways.

That is the reason some people express anger in the heat of the moment when their emotions are perturbed. They get angry for a very short period and then forget about the issue.

On the contrary, other people hold on to anger deeply within them. It may be for days, weeks, months, or years.

Holding on to anger for a long time makes you a grumpy person. It steals peace of mind and happiness.

For every minute you remain angry you give up 60 seconds of peace of mind”

Ralph Waldo Emerson

Anger is not good or bad, rather it’s just an emotion that must be handled appropriately. Unresolved anger can seriously affect your physical and mental health.

The constant flood of stress chemicals and associated metabolic changes that go with ongoing unresolved anger can eventually cause harm to many different systems of the body.

Some of the short and long-term health problems that have been linked to unresolved anger include:

  • Headache
  • Digestion problem such as abdominal pain
  • Insomnia
  • Depression
  • High blood pressure
  • Skin problem such as eczema
  • Heart attack
  • Stroke (1).

Anger expressed as an outburst whenever felt or deeply pent up, both are harmful. In both conditions, it should be released out as expeditiously as possible.

Anger is something that should be resolved. If you act impulsively or hold it inside you, either way you are hurting yourself.

Use these tapping protocols to ease your temper. This way you can take it out without hurting anyone.

Instead of expressing your anger, explain it. It will lead to a solution rather than an argument.
