- Exercise – most of the time, people don’t feel like exercising due to the increased amount of weakness they feel, but staying active is extremely important when one suffers from this condition
,since it will help your body to stay away from other health problems. This will also help you increase your flexibility, stamina, fitness and will help you get proper sleep too.
- Accept and acknowledge your health condition instead of dwelling over why all of it is happening to you. This will allow you to have an open mind and will not stress you out.

HOW TO HELP CLIENTS (OR SELF) SUFFERING FROM FIBROMYALGIA, WITH THE HELP OF EFT ?
Since fibromyalgia doesn’t have a known cure, there are other treatments, therapies, and techniques that can help you improve your painful condition and also your quality of life. Step 1 : WORK ON PHYSICAL TENSION

Ask the client, how does it make you feel?

Step 3 : DIG DEEPER INTO THEIR EMOTIONS
Ask the client,
When did it start?
What was going in your life when the symptoms of this condition appeared?
How did you feel when you were diagnosed?
Tap on all the emotions that have been bothering them.
Step 4 : EXPLORE AND WORK ON THE CORE ISSUE
Ask the client to uncover the very first prominent memory they have, concerning the issue. If not first, any memory related to the condition that has an emotional charge. Work on everything that comes up. This memory might be a very sensitive topic for them – could be about an injury, an accident, or some trauma. Make sure to talk to them calmly and in a sensitive, empathetic tone.
Step 5: IDENTIFY ANY LIMITING BELIEF
At times, the client subconsciously chooses to not feel relieved. This could be due to any limiting belief they have, at the back of their minds. For identifying these and understanding them better, ask the client,
“What is your theory? Why did you not want to resolve this problem?”
If there happens to be any limiting belief, clear it and install a new positive one. This thought may be related to the label of the disease or of the person itself.
Step 6: EXPLORE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM
For getting a clearer look at their emotions, ask the client, if there was an emotional contributor to this problem, what would it be?
For bringing more clarity to the condition, ask the client, how would you be spending your time if you weren’t managing this problem?
Step 7: PRACTICE DAILY, TO RESOLVE THE CONDITION AT HAND
Situations that could cause discomfort or uneasiness will take place on a daily basis, but sometimes, we can feel relieved by using certain techniques. This is how EFT will help you out and make you feel good about yourself. Just like you practice self-care every day, make it a point to include tapping as a part of your routine as well. It will work wonders for your recovery and emotional growth.
