Learn how EFT Tapping heals

Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping) is clinically proven to lower stress, tension, anxiety, past-trauma to enable health, happiness and vitality.

With EFT there are many different ways of working to shift from feeling unhappy to happy:

  1. First use EFT Tapping on what it feels like to be not happy and open the door to a new reality.
  2. Then discover past experiences of feeling unhappy and clear them from the root cause using Tell the Story or the Movie Technique.

Example of positive tapping sequence might be:

In closing, people seek comfort in their food. After a terrible day, they turn to their favourite food to clear their head. This temporary comfort turns into cravings.

Instead of choosing short-term comfort, you should get to the cause and resolve it. However, we have self-doubt and limiting beliefs that prevents us from looking within ourselves.

Emotional Freedom Techniques eliminates the limiting beliefs and helps you get to the root cause. This way you can deal with your emotions and welcome peace in your life. That too, without gaining extra pounds.
