I Released The Past Emotional Pain
Today, while I was cleaning the bookshelf, I found some old letters and photos from years ago which always made me feel agitated before and used to remind me of the very bad days. But this time while I was looking at them, I didn’t feel that way.
Actually now, there comes a smile on my face by remembering those days. A few months before I worked on my memories, by using EFT, to release the anger and annoyance related to those painful experiences.
I was really surprised today as I saw those old pictures, that there was no more pain or anger while remembering those days…I have really TAPPED THEM AWAY! I am now free from unwanted feelings and emotions. It's really due to the Emotional Freedom Technique 🙂 I thank dear Rangana for that.
