With over 15 years of experience as a therapist in the UK’s National Health Service, she has supported individuals through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches. Her professional journey has also included training as a Reiki Master, practicing Colonic Hydrotherapy, and working with nutrition—always guided by an intuitive, whole-being approach that honours the connection between mind, body, and energy.

Despite her deep knowledge and experience, it was through Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) that she experienced a profound personal transformation. EFT helped her move beyond old narratives and step into her truth. The changes were tangible: increased confidence, a stronger presence, greater emotional vibrancy, and deeply enriched relationships—especially with her children.
