I could shed 15 kg of excess weight after NLP

We all know that it’s important to take care of our body and the physically unfit amongst us also set daily or monthly goals to be achieved. We promise ourselves for healthy eating and  living. We make resolutions that include a healthy lifestyle like going to the gym, controlling our diet, eating right food, exercising regularly and so on. Even if we want to achieve these goals, there are things that stop us from doing so and tge worst part is we don’t even know what these things are.
