Vitality Living College - Online Assist Team Invitation
Assisting is a fulfilling experience where you get to serve others in their transformation, refresh your skills, and learn the latest teachings. It's like being in a state of deep reverence, humility, and awe of everything that transpires. As a member of the Assist team, you get to be in the inner circle and learn some of the advanced ways of having rapport and how to support your clients to have quick and effective results while remaining centered and detached.

As an assist team member our role is to support new delegates in their healing Journey.
You are a representative of Vitality Living College and are committing to our vision which is:
Transforming lives through emotional well-being, coaching and spiritual growth seminars and trainings.
20,000 people trained
200 seminars facilitated
44 countries represented
Our Values are:
Friendly, Listening, Professional, Passionate & Ethical

Our purpose as members of the assist team is to hold space for new delegates and support them in their healing journey.
As its an online seminar the main roles are to:
1. Breakout rooms leader
- Oversee one to one sessions and support as needed
- Pair up with delegates to give and receive sessions
- Support delegates who might need extra help
Overseeing the process includes:
- Humility - to come from a place of service and unconditional love and non-judgement.
- Silent angels - pull your energy in so that the practitioner and client are not aware you are there. It's like being a silent observer where you tap along and give them your energy and loving embrace.
- Observing - to sit back and observe how the session is going and to observe the body language and what is going well and what could improve. To support the person giving the session as needed.
- Letting things happen - It is so natural for anyone to feel nervous as these processes are new to them. So let things happen and gently nudge and encourage when needed
- Come down to their level - not to be expert and instead come at it when you were learning for the first time
- Not to take over – to allow their process to happen naturally and organically and only step in when needed and step out so that the Practitioner and client are in charge. If you do need to step in, for example client is having an abreaction and the practitioner is overwhelmed, check in with the practitioner first and ask permission and then intervene. Our aim is to empower the Practitioner and reassure them and encourage them to give the process.
- Care, compassion and love - to allow the delegates to practice even if they are fumbling, to guide them gently to come into their power and complete the processes themselves. All you have to do is be present in an energy of care, compassion, and love with the belief that they can do it.
2. EFT Buddy
- Pair up with delegates in-between EFT Foundational & EFT Practitioner and check in with them
- Give and receive one process in between training
3. Take the Lead
- Lead the dance breaks by being in the spotlight
- Encouraging matching and mirroring
4. Welcome Team
- Send a welcome message as delegates enter the room on chat
- Say hello within rapport and was as it feels good
5. Overseer Role
- Provide feedback on how to support the delegates during the morning briefings
- Say hello within rapport and was as it feels good
6. Co-host
- Let people into the seminar
7. If assigned to an attendance role, document the attendees for each session.
8. If part of the assessment team, provide feedback on:
- Knowledge of the technique
- Listening ability
- Asking questions
- Safe space with rapport
- Calibrating and adjusting
9. Scribe Team
- Read out what delegates write in chat about what they want to explore, their learnings
- Document the questions in each section
- Scribe up in chat or whiteboard what is shared verbally
On Day 1 of both Foundational & Practitioner, we meet one hour before the main seminar begins and we will go through a full briefing and run-through of the day.
After Day 1 daily we meet half an hour before the main session and then 15 minutes before the afternoon session to come into the same energy and be ready to welcome our participants.

We will share the Zoom link closer to the seminar date and if you do not have the app already please download it in advance. You need to have a stable internet connection, especially when you are in the breakout rooms so that you do not cut in and out.
I am honoured that you want to assist and be part of the Assist team and create the embrace together for the training seminars. There is no charge for assisting with online training.
Plus you receive extra training during the briefings and there is no charge for that either.
So your next step is to complete your registration and confirm that you want to assist and can adhere to all the Do's and Don'ts.
Once we receive that you will get a confirmation message.
