Terms and Conditions

We are delighted that you will be joining our Seminars and please find below our Terms and Conditions, for the same.

Special offers: To avail the special offers, the payment must be done in full,  30 days prior to the Seminar or within 48 hours if the seminar is less than 30 days away and no later than on the first day of the Seminar.

Early bird: To avail the  early bird offer, payment must be done at least 30 days prior to the Seminar and all registration information must be filled in and completed. Once you book on the Early bird we secure your place with the venue. Please note that the Early Bird bookings are non-refundable, hence, it is best to book the same when you’re sure.

Cash and cheque payments: These payments can be done after taking prior approval from VLC and you may have to tax identity number (for example PAN or National Insurance) and or credit card details to secure a place in the seminar.

On-line payments and cheque payments: These payments incur an additional charges as per banking regulations and if relevant, credit card or paypal fees as well as.

Cancellations: If the cancellation is done 30 days or more prior to event – fees are transferable or refundable, subject to the deduction of an administration charge of 10% and any processing fees. If the cancellation is done within 30 days of event – the fees shall be non-refundable and can only be transferred to another event subject to availability and may incur an administration charge or processing fees.

Intellectual Property: This seminar does not entitle you to advertise or offer Journey, EFT, Tapping, NLP, Breakthrough Coaching, Hypnotherapy or Timeline Technology, Limitless Living, Soul to Soul Business & Marketing Coaching Seminars and any variation thereof or one to one sessions professionally.

One to one sessions and introductory seminars may be offered professionally only after being awarded certification. Training may be offered on being awarded Facilitation, Presenter or Trainer status. On being awarded certification you will be provided with the relevant certification logos for marketing and advertising.

All Intellectual Property included in the seminars shall belong to VLC, and VLC shall be the sole and absolute owner of the same. You’re not allowed to use the same, in any form or manner, without taking due permission from VLC in writing.

Certification: You are aware of the Certification requirements and what is required of you to become professionally certified.

Furthermore, the use of Rangana Rupavi Choudhuri’s name, Vitality Living College and product titles or subtitles (in any language), the title or subtitle of any Vitality Living College product, event, seminar or course or retreat is not permitted. Nor is the use of Brandon Bay’s name, The Journey, The Journey Seminars Limited, unless with prior permission with The Journey. If you would like to offer one to one sessions or run introductory seminars as part of your professional activity, you will need to complete the necessary case studies and multiple choice questionnaires and then be formally awarded Practitioner Certification.

Code of Conduct: On registering or submitting your application to attend any seminar or one to one session or purchase any online of off line product your service means that you fully agree to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and in the Code of Conduct. Please note that this agreement has to be read in alignment with the Code of Conduct, and failure or ignorance to do the same will not absolve you from the terms mentioned therein.

In Summary the main principles in the code of conduct are:

  • Confidentiality: All the conditions herein and any materials provided during the training courses, seminars, talks, group mentoring or one to one sessions shall be kept strictly confidential as against third parties unless such disclosure is required by law. In the event of such disclosure required by law, a prior permission is to be sought from VLC in writing by emails.
  • Indemnity: An indemnity is a promise by one party to compensate another for the loss suffered as a consequence of a specific event occurred due to party’s fault or negligence. By accepting the Code the Student Members & VLC Therapy & Coaching Professional agree to indemnify VLC and its officers, agents and representatives against any loss or damage they may suffer as a result of the negligence or fault of the Student Members and VLC Therapy & Coaching Professional.
  • Non Solicitation: No Student Members and VLC Therapy & Coaching Professional shall directly or indirectly solicit, take away or divert, or attempt to solicit, take away or divert, the works learned under the guidance of VLC or patronage of any client/alumni/other members with an intention or for the purpose of providing services that compete with the services provided by VLC unless so approved by VLC in writing. Examples of Non Solicitation are: Directly or indirectly messaging or initiating contact with any VLC alumni members, Student Members or VLC Therapy & Coaching Professionals either one to one or in a group in order to directly or indirectly market or promote for either paid or “free” services. Should the alumni member, Student Members or VLC Therapy & Coaching professional request any services then share that with VLC in writing and gain approval, whereby the client would be part of our Practitioner Guidelines.

Please note that the examples mentioned here are non-exhaustive in nature and are merely indicative.

There must be complete transparency and honesty in the event our clients, alumni or database approach you directly or indirectly (this can also be but not limited to for any of your services or our services) either through documented communication either in an email or WhatsApp (we will set up a WhatsApp group only between yourselves and us for speed of communication).

Disclaimer: Vitality Living or Vitality Living College assume no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred as a result of any use or reliance upon the information and material contained within or used outside of its seminars.

Data Protection: Personal information, which you supply to us, may be used in a number of ways, for example:

  • For marketing purposes
  • By the local Ambassadors who host local swap meets
  • For statistical analysis

We will not disclose any information that we hold about you to any company outside Vitality living & Vitality living College.

Photography, Audio & Video: We may take photographs, video or audio on the day to share with others about what the course, seminar or retreats are about and how it works. The material may be used on the website, in marketing materials and promotional literature. If you wish to be excluded please inform a member of the Assist team on the day. For all online seminars we will be recording the seminar and storing it on file. We may launch this content at a later date and only for the demo clients we will take an additional permission before launching.
